The sun was out first thing, making it ideal weather to view, however a little later things started to look a little overcast.
The threat of rain certainly didn’t dampen the spirits of the potential buyers of Locks Heath with a record number of viewers turning up.
With brollies at the ready the Open Day went ahead and resulted in the sale of the property, delighting the vendors.
